What makes a word search easy?
Two rules: the words are short, and they only go forwards — horizontally left-to-right or vertically top-to-bottom. No diagonals and no reversed words, which removes the two things that trip up new readers. Our easy preset enforces exactly those two directions.
How is the answer key shown?
